Vlaja is the name behind my work as a WordPress developer. My name is Vladimir Mladenovic, and my work brings together design, development and ongoing support for businesses and creative agencies. From the first conversation to launch and beyond, you work directly with me.

How it all started?

My approach to WordPress grew out of seeing the same problems across different projects: too many plugins, rigid themes, slow websites and simple changes becoming unnecessarily complicated.

Over time, the pattern became clear. A good WordPress website starts with thoughtful decisions about structure, design, development and what actually needs to be built.

That became the foundation for Vlaja: custom WordPress development, ACF-driven websites, WooCommerce, integrations and interfaces designed around the people who use them.

Building products of my own shaped that approach further. Being responsible for maintaining, improving and growing a website teaches you to look beyond launch and consider how every decision will affect its everyday use for years to come.

Every client project receives the same care and attention that goes into my own products, with personal responsibility for the work from the beginning.
