AI Integration

We integrate useful AI into WordPress, WooCommerce and web platforms, from smarter search and support tools to content workflows and product data. The focus is simple: solve a real problem, fit it into the way your business works and keep humans in control.

Where AI actually helps?

The applications we have found genuinely worth building, rather than the ones that demo well.

  • Search that understands questions

Give visitors a better way to find products, services or content using natural-language and semantic search rather than relying only on exact keywords.

  • Support and FAQ deflection

Use your existing documentation, FAQs and business knowledge to answer common questions before they reach your support team.

  • Content and editorial tooling

Build AI-assisted workflows for descriptions, summaries, metadata and other repetitive content tasks while keeping human review in the process.

  • Product data at scale

Classify, enrich and organise large WooCommerce catalogues using AI-assisted workflows built around your existing product data.

  • Information extraction and classification

Turn documents, messages or unstructured content into useful structured data that WordPress or your other systems can actually use.

  • Custom internal tools

Build focused AI tools around repetitive tasks inside your business instead of forcing your workflow into a generic AI product.

How we approach AI work?

AI should earn its place in a product. We start with the problem, the available data and the expected outcome before deciding whether AI is actually the right solution.

The problem comes before the technology

We don’t begin with a model and search for somewhere to use it. Instead, we identify the repetitive, expensive or difficult part of the workflow first. Then we decide whether AI can improve it enough to justify the added complexity.

Grounded in your content, not the open internet

For search, support and knowledge tools, answers should come from information you trust. Where appropriate, we ground AI responses in your own content, documentation, products or structured data rather than letting the model invent an answer.

A human in the loop wherever it matters

AI can draft, classify and suggest without being allowed to make every decision. For higher-risk tasks, we design workflows where people review, approve or correct the output before anything important happens.

Cost controlled from the beginning

AI features have ongoing costs. So, we consider model choice, token usage, caching and request volume while designing the feature rather than discovering an expensive architecture after launch.

Security taken seriously

AI integrations can involve customer information, internal content or other sensitive data. For that reason, we consider what information leaves your system, which providers receive it and what should never be sent to a model.

Your data, deliberately handled

We define what information the AI needs and avoid sending more than necessary. Where possible, we structure workflows around controlled data sources rather than giving a model unrestricted access to your systems.

Measured honestly

An AI feature isn’t successful because it looks impressive in a demo. After launch, we look at whether it saves time, improves search, reduces repetitive support or delivers whatever outcome justified building it in the first place.

AI questions

01 Will an AI integration make things up about our business?

It can if it’s implemented badly. Language models can produce incorrect information, so we design business-facing AI around controlled sources and clear boundaries.

For knowledge and support tools, that can mean grounding responses in approved content and providing a fallback when the system doesn’t have enough information.

02 What does it cost to run?

That depends on the model, volume of requests and amount of information processed. Before building, we estimate the likely usage pattern and choose an approach that makes sense for the value the feature provides.

03 Which AI provider do you use?

It depends on the project. We can work with providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, but we don’t choose a provider simply because it’s the most familiar name.

Instead, we consider capability, cost, latency, privacy and the requirements of the feature.

04 Where does our data go?

That depends on the architecture and AI provider. Before implementation, we’ll explain what data leaves your website, which external services process it and where we can reduce or avoid sending sensitive information.

05 Should we use AI for the entire process?

Usually not. AI works best when it has a specific role inside a larger workflow.

In many cases, the strongest solution combines normal application logic, structured data and automation with AI only where interpretation or generation adds genuine value.

06 Can you add AI to an existing WordPress site?

Yes. An AI feature doesn’t require rebuilding the entire website. We can integrate AI into an existing WordPress or WooCommerce installation where the current technical foundation allows it.

07 Is this just a chatbot?

No. Chat is only one possible interface.

AI can also work behind the scenes for search, classification, content processing, product enrichment, information extraction, recommendations and internal workflows.
