Our WordPress development for Webber + Studio focused on one thing above all: making the firm’s architectural work the centre of the website.

Founded in Austin in 1997, Webber + Studio works across residential, multifamily, commercial and interior architecture. Its portfolio extends beyond Texas to projects across the United States and internationally.

For an architecture practice, the portfolio does much of the selling. Therefore, we created an image-led experience where projects can take priority while the surrounding interface remains restrained and easy to navigate.

A portfolio built for a substantial body of work

Webber + Studio has decades of completed projects, each supported by architectural photography and project information. A conventional gallery would quickly become difficult to explore.

We developed a structured project system that gives every piece of work its own space. At the same time, visitors can explore the wider portfolio across residential, multifamily and mixed-use, commercial and interior architecture.

Individual project pages combine large imagery with essential information about the property, completion, size and architectural approach. As a result, the portfolio works as both a visual showcase and a detailed record of the studio’s work.

Building credibility beyond the portfolio

The architecture is central, but prospective clients also need to understand the people and thinking behind it.

For this reason, the website gives the studio’s team, process and expertise a clear role. Leadership profiles introduce the architects behind the work, while supporting content explains Webber + Studio’s approach to design and collaboration.

FAQs also address practical questions around fees, project stages, timelines, sustainability and the client relationship. Together, these sections help visitors move from admiring the work to understanding what working with the studio involves.

The website needed to support much more than a static architectural portfolio. Therefore, we built the WordPress development around flexible content that the studio could continue expanding.

Projects, team members, articles, FAQs and supporting content can all grow without changing the underlying structure. The journal also gives Webber + Studio a place to publish its thinking around architecture, sustainability, preservation and design.
